Stay in touch for our upcoming certification at the end of 2026/early 2027 and become a founding instructor!
We're planning to host a 24-hour Lagree Level 1 Certification taught by Master Trainer Paul Ruedas. The certification will take place over a 3-day weekend (Friday–Sunday). While the dates are still being finalized, we're currently aiming for sometime in December.
Once you complete the certification, you'll receive lifetime access to Lagree Academy, an online resource filled with everything you'll need as an instructor, including exercise demonstrations, movement variations, spring recommendations, cueing tips, and more.
Your Level 1 certification is valid for life and recognized at 800+ Lagree studios worldwide. If you ever want to continue your education, Level 2 courses are available, but they're completely optional.
LEVEL 1 LAGREE CERTIFICATION
After certification, you'll have the opportunity to join the OBLIQUES instructor team by having your audition.
Completion of training does not guarantee a teaching position with OBLIQUES. Employment offers will be extended to individuals who demonstrate the readiness, confidence, and ability to take on teaching responsibilities.
